On 07.03.2018 this court passed an order for listing the matter for dismissal as none appeared for the petitioner. Thereafter, again the matter was adjourned. Again on 31.08.2018 as none appeared for the petitioner, the matter was kept for dismissal.

The petitioner was granted interim relief. With the passage of time, the petitioner must have retired. Nothing survives for adjudication in the present writ petition. Even otherwise the matter has not been argued. 3.

The Writ Petition as such is dismissed for non prosecution. Rule discharged.
