Per Court :- This is an application for correcting the Crime Number, mentioned in prayer clause of Criminal Application No.2779 Of 2015 filed for bail.
[2] Heard Mr. Manoharrao A. Tandale, learned counsel for the Applicant.
[3] Criminal Application No.2779 Of 2015 was filed for grant of bail in connection with CR No. I 168/2014 registered with Police Station, Mukundwadi, Aurangabad District - Aurangabad for the
2/2 cri.appln. 3665.15 in cri.appln. 2779.15..sxw offences punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code. (Sessions Case No.274 Of 2014). In the prayer clause of Criminal Application No.2779 Of 2015, Crime Number was mentioned as " CR No. I 168/2014". This court vide order dated 3rd July, 2015 rejected Criminal Application No.2779 Of 2015.
[4] The learned counsel for the Applicant submitted that, in prayer clause of Criminal Application No.2779 Of 2015, due to typographical mistake, Crime Number is recorded as CR No. I 168/2014 instead of CR No. I 164/2014. Only for making correction in the Crime Number, present Application is filed.
[5] Looking to the fact that, there is typographical mistake, occurred in Criminal Application No.2779 Of 2015 in prayer clause, in respect of Crime Number, present Application is allowed. [6] The Applicant is permitted to carry out the amendment in the prayer clause of Criminal Application No.2779 Of 2015 (already disposed) in respect of Crime Number. With this Criminal Application is allowed and same is disposed of accordingly. (V.M. DESHPANDE, J.)
