The learned counsel submits that the petitioner is appointed as Peon on compassionate ground. The proposal seeking approval is pending with Education Officer.

Mr. Karlekar, the A.G.P. appears for respondent nos.2 and 3 and submits that if the proposal is pending, the Education Officer will decide it on its own merits.

In case, proposal (Exhibit-C, Page No.14) is pending with Education Officer, then Education Officer shall take decision upon it on its own

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
