Learned Counsel for the respondents submits that the petitioner has moved a fresh application seeking same relief before the concerned Executing Court and therefore, prays to withdraw the present petition. 4.

In view thereof, the present petition is disposed of as withdrawn. 5.

The learned Executing Court shall decide the matter without being
