The petitioners assail order dated 24.07.2014 passed by the respondent No. 2 in respect of incharge Principal. The said order was operative only for six months. The six months have already lapsed. The said order does not survive today. As on today none of the parties can claim any right pursuant to the said order. 2.

In the light of the above, the prayer made in the petition does not survive.

The learned counsel for the intervenor submits that, fresh proposal has been submitted with regard to the appointment of the Principal. The authority will consider the proposal received by it for the post of Principal/Incharge Principal and shall hear all the parties concerned i. e. the parties claiming themselves to be in the management, so also the petitioner before passing any order on the said proposal received to it. The writ petition accordingly stands disposed of. No costs.

The learned counsel for the university shall communicate this order to the university.
