The present matters are placed before us in today's LokAdalat. 2.

The learned Advocate for the appellant and the learned Advocate for the respondent no.1 and 2 are present. The learned Advocate for the appellant has filed Pursis which is taken on record and marked as Exhibit-X. In view of the instructions and the pursis, appellant seeks permission to withdraw the first appeals.

Permission is granted. The appeals stand disposed of as withdrawn.

In view of the withdrawal of the appeals, the amount alongwith interest deposited by the appellant in this Court, shall be disbursed to the respondents/claimants in accordance with award of MACT.
