The petitioner seeks direction against the office of the Charity Commissioner to decide his application under section 41B of the Maharashtra Public Trusts Act, 1950. The said is filed in June, 2020. 2.

This Court is not aware of the number of matters pending with the Joint/Deputy Charity Commissioner. The petitioner shall file application for expeditious consideration of his application under section 41B before the authority where the said proceeding is pending. The concerned authority shall consider the said application and take decision accordingly.

Writ petition disposed of. No costs.
