DATE : 21st November, 2017 PER COURT : - This application is by the appellants seeking stay to the execution of the impugned judgment and decree. The appeal was admitted by this Court on 11.3.2008.

Since the appeal has ripen for final hearing and the ad-interim relief is in operation since 24.8.2011 i.e. more than six years, it will be appropriate to allow the present application in terms of prayer clause 'B', with liberty to the respondents to take out fresh application, in case subsequent developments warrant such move. 3.

The Second Appeal be added to final hearing Board commencing from 9.5.2018.
