The present civil application is filed for recall of the order issuing bailable warrant to the applicant.

Mr. Choudhary, learned counsel submits that the applicant is present in the Court and he cannot appear earlier because of the health problem.

Mr. Choudhary, learned counsel on instructions of respondent no.3, who is present in the Court states that within two weeks the order passed in writ petition would be complied with.

Considering the above, the order dated 11.06.2018, issuing bailable warrant to the applicant is recalled.

Accordingly, civil application is disposed of.
