It is submitted that the evidence of 38 witnesses has already been recorded and very few witnesses remained to be examined. Considering all these aspects and the submission of the learned advocate for the applicant that since 10th January 2025, the trial has not progressed, it would be proper to direct the Trial Court to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of three months from today. Needless to mention that it is a sessions trial and
