As the applicant has already undergone the imprisonment, in my opinion, it will be appropriate to direct suspension of the sentence, subject to deposit of an amount of Rs.80,000/- in this Court, within a period of eight weeks from today, as it is submitted by the learned Counsel that the applicant has already deposited an amount of Rs.50,000/-. 3.

If the amount is not deposited, the order of suspension of sentence shall stand re-called, without further reference to the Court. Criminal Application stands allowed in above terms. (N.W. SAMBRE, J.) amj
