PER COURT:- 1.

The petitioner seeks arrears of salary and also further prayer of regularization.

The stand of the respondent is that, though, the appointment order was issued to the petitioner, the petitioner never joined and is not in service of the respondents.

If the petitioner is otherwise terminated, the petitioner has remedy elsewhere. As far as the arrears of salary is concerned, there are rival contentions of respective parties. The petitioner may approach the respondent no.2, the respondent no.2 shall consider the record of the respondent

(2) 14-wp-8214-2016 nos.4 and 5 and after considering say of the respondent nos.4 and 5 and petitioner shall decide whether petitioner has worked with respondent nos.4 and 5 and shall also decide about the entitlement of the petitioner. The same shall be done within a period of (06) six months from the date the petitioner approaches the Education Officer.

Writ Petition accordingly disposed of. No costs.
