This application is filed for bringing on record legal representative of deceased Pratap Amrutrao Bhosale, who expired on 08-04-2021. There are four legal representatives of deceased Pratap Amrutrao Bhosale, as mentioned in paragraph no.1 of the application.

There is delay of 1121 days in filing aforesaid application. 3.

Considering the reasons mentioned in the application and in the interest of justice, delay caused in filing above application is required to be condoned. The legal representatives of deceased

{2} CA 7403 OF 2025 Pratap Amrutrao Bhosale, as shown in paragraph no.1 of the application, are required to be brought on record. Hence, the following order :

ORDER

(I) Civil Application No.7403 of 2025 stands allowed. (II) The delay of 1121 days caused in filing application is hereby condoned and abetment, if any, stands set aside. (III) Legal representatives of deceased Pratap Amrutrao Bhosale are permitted to be brought on record. (IV) Amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks.

(V) Civil Application No.7403 of 2025 stands disposed of accordingly.
