Today learned counsel for the applicant and learned counsel for respondent No.2 submitted that they have settled the dispute. Such affidavitin-reply of respondent No. 2 is filed on record. Learned APP has produced on record a communication made by P.I. of Police Station Nanded (Rural). That is to the effect that on 29/10/2020 'B' summary report came to be filed in the Court of J.M.F.C. In view of these circumstances it is desirable that learned J.M.F.C. should take decision on 'B' summary report.
