Learned counsel submits that Head Master of the School forwarded proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as Shikshan Sevak on 5.3.2012. The same is not yet decided.

Learned AGP accepts notice for respondent nos. 1 to 3.

Mr. Dhanure, learned counsel waives service of notice for respondent nos. 4 and 5.

In case, the proposal (Exh. D Page 25) seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner is

wp8909.18 pending with respondent no. 1, then respondent No. 1 shall decide the same, on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy, expeditiously, preferably within four months.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
