Mr. Bade, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners were granted essentiality certificate and permission to run RANM and RGNM course. The petitioners commenced the college in the academic year 2011-2012 and continued till 2015. After 2015, due to lack of students, the college could not admit students as per the intake capacity. Learned counsel submits that the petitioners be permitted to admit the students as per the essentiality certificate.

Mr. Narwadkar, learned counsel for respondent No.3 submits that for further academic year(s), approval is required to be granted. The petitioners are required to apply for inspection along with necessary fees. After the applications are received along with necessary fees, the inspection is to be conducted and thereafter decision can be taken.

In light of that, the petitioners may make application to respondent No.3. Respondent No.3, on receipt of the application along with necessary fees, shall conduct inspection and complete all the procedure and decide the applications of the petitioners for
