Looking at that the petitioners crave for the property, which they contend to have been decreed in their favour in 1965, the appellate court may consider this aspect and take up the proceedings of Regular Civil Appeal No. 91 of 2015 for

{2} wp7135-15 expeditious disposal, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of writ of this order. 5.

Needless to refer to that all the contentions of the parties are kept open.
