By the present application, the applicant - original complainant seeks permission to assist the learned Addl. Public Prosecutor while conducting hearing of Criminal Application No. 3128 of 2016 filed by non-applicant nos.1 and 2 herein seeking pre-arrest bail.

The Application is allowed and the learned Counsel for the applicant is permitted to assist the learned Addl.
