This writ petition can be conveniently disposed of at the admission stage itself, by giving direction to respondent No. 2 - the Director of Sugar (Administration), Maharashtra State, Pune to take the decision on the application/ representation submitted by the petitioner. Accordingly, we direct respondent No. 2 to decide the application/representation submitted by

wp6957-2016 the petitioner through respondent No. 4, if not already decided, as per the provisions of law and on its own merits, as expeditiously as possible; however, within a period of four weeks from today and communicate the decision so taken to the respondent No. 4 - Sugar Factory and also to the petitioner.
