Heard Mr. Jadhavar learned counsel for the applicant and Mr. Joshi, learned APP for the State. 2.

Perused the papers of investigation and contents of the first information report, from which it appears that, the present applicant is daughter-inlaw of the complainant. She married with son of the complainant Narhari in the year 2014. It is the allegations of the complainant that, the conduct of

the present applicant is absolutely arrogant. She was abusing the family members including deceased Changuna. She was not allowing to take her son. 3.

On 16.05.2017 present applicant abused deceased Changuna and threatened her. Due to the insulting treatment given by the present applicant, deceased Changuna consumed poison, due to which she died on 24.05.2017.

Looking to the entire papers of the investigation, it appears that, the main grievance of the prosecution/complainant is about the arrogant conduct of the present applicant.

There are no circumstances appearing against the applicant that she has created unavoidable circumstances, which led deceased Changuna to commit suicide.

The parents of the applicant were released on anticipatory bail. Looking to the nature of the allegations, custodial interrogation of the present applicant is not necessary. The applicant have two kids aged about 2 years and 7 months respectively. Therefore, looking to the above aspect, I am of the

opinion that the protection can be extended to the applicant from her arrest. Hence, following order: O R D E R.

In the event of arrest of the applicant in connection with Crime No.40 of 2017, registered with Chudawa police station, District Parbhani, she be released on bail on her furnishing P.R. bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with one surety in the like amount.

Criminal application is disposed of.
