Applicant apprehends arrest in connection with Crime No.0365 of 2024, registered with Hingoli City Police Station, Dist. Hingoli, for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the informant states that other seven similar offences are lodged against the present applicant. 4.

Learned counsel for applicant submits that, as per the case of the first informant, present applicant is a broker. He drew

1114.24aba (2) attention of this Court to the order passed by this Court, dated 07/10/2024, in Anticipatory Bail Application No.1117/2024, whereby the main accused persons are granted anticipatory bail. In view of this, he seeks bail on parity to present applicant. 5.

Learned counsel for informant and the learned APP opposed to grant bail to the accused on parity. 6.

There is no dispute about the fact that applicant is broker and there is no transaction between him and informant. The co-accused who said to have entered in transaction with informant are granted anticipatory bail.

Having regard to the aforesaid fact, claim of parity cannot be denied. Hence, this application stands allowed in terms of the interim order passed by this Court on 05/07/2024. (R. M. JOSHI) Judge sjk
