DATED :

03.08.2018 P.C. :- .

Heard learned counsel appearing for the applicant.

2.

By the present application 2-4 prayers are made. Firstly, the applicant prayed for direction to the respondent to deposit certain amount in the Family Court towards permanent alimony and the second prayer is of early hearing of the appeal.

3.

Learned counsel submitted that the appeal was listed in the list of final hearing matters but for the paucity of time, it could not reach before this Court.

( 2 ) ca9889.18 Learned counsel then submitted that as the issue in the appeal is of matrimonial dispute between the parties, the appeal be heard as early as possible.

4.

Considering the submissions of the learned counsel, in our opinion, the only prayer for early hearing can be granted. Accordingly, we direct the office to list the appeal in the list of final hearing matters in the week commencing from 14.09.2018. Accordingly the application is disposed of.
