Petitioners' proposals are pending with the Scrutiny Committee for validation of tribe certificates since 2022. Considering the fact that the petitioners aspire to secure admission through the present admission process, vigilance enquiry has been concluded and even reply has been filed by the petitioners, we dispose of the writ petition by directing the petitioners to appear before the committee on 12 July 2024 and the Committee shall decide the proposals expeditiously and in any case within a period of three (03) weeks thereafter.
