The appeal preferred by the Petitioner for challenging suspension of his drug shop licence from 01.07.2023 to 15.07.2023 is said to be closed for orders after a hearing conducted before Respondent No.1 on 12th June, 2023.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off with the expectation that the respondent No.1 would be obliged to decide the said proceedings prior to the order of suspension being enforced from 01.07.2023.

3.

We, therefore, expect the authority to decide the pending appeal preferably by 30th June, 2023.
