The present applicant is convicted by the learned Special Judge, Ahmednagar vide judgment and order dated 07/07/2015 passed in Special Case No. 14 of 2013 for the offences punishable under section 7, 13(1)
2 Cr. Appln. 3674/2015 (d) read with section 13(2) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 and sentenced to suffer rigorous imprisonment for four years and to pay fine of Rs.5000/-, in default to suffer rigorous imprisonment for three months for the offence punishable under section 7 of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 and sentenced to suffer rigorous imprisonment for four years and to pay fine of Rs.5000/-, in default to suffer rigorous imprisonment for three months for the offence punishable under section 13(1)(d) read with 13(2) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988.

Considering the short term sentences awarded to the present applicant i.e. four years rigorous imprisonment, respectively, for the offences punishable under section 7 of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 and section 13(1)(d) read with 13(2) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988, which were directed to run concurrently, the substantive sentences are hereby suspended. Fine amount is already deposited. 6.
Appellant-applicant be released on bail, upon his execution of P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.30,000/-
3 Cr. Appln. 3674/2015 (Rs. Thirty Thousand) and also upon furnishing surety in the like amount.

Application stands disposed of accordingly.
