Petitioners' proposals are pending with the Scrutiny Committee for validation of their tribe certificates. It is being informed that the vigilance enquiry has been conducted and even petitioners have filed their reply in the month of June 2024. 2.

Considering the fact that the petitioners are aspiring to get admission to the current admission process through NEET-UG2024 and CET, coupled with the fact that the petitioners' father was issued with the certificate of validity, we dispose of the writ petition by directing the Committee to decide the proposals within a period of three (03) weeks from today.
