Present petition takes exception to order dated 14.05.2025 passed by learned Divisional Commissioner, Aurangabad in Appeal No.08 of 2025, by which order passed by Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Hingoli thereby disqualifying respondent nos.4 and 5 has been stayed.

Learned advocate appearing for petitioner informed that the appeal is posted for hearing on 04.08.2025. However, it is likely to be protracted by respondents. The term of Village Panchayat will be over within next ten months. In that view of matter, instead of entering into the merit of impugned order, the purpose would be served if writ petition is disposed of with direction to learned Divisional Commissioner to decide the appeal expeditiously. 3.

In result, writ petition stands disposed of.
