This application is filed for transfer of gratuity amount deposited by present respondent No.1 in this Court, to the Labour Court, Nanded.

By order dated 3rd February, 2021 passed in writ petition No.15478 of 2019, the respondent was directed to approach the concerned Industrial Court and the proceedings filed by the respondent were directed to be registered and the Industrial Court was directed to consider whether the proceedings have

Admittedly, the respondent has not pursued the proceedings before the Industrial Court till date. Consequently, the appeal could not be registered.

In this view of the matter, the civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B".
