This petition is filed for limited direction to the Respondent No.2/ Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of the Petitioner expeditiously, particularly as the Petitioner is a student who is aspiring to take admission having appeared for NEET/UG-2025 examination. 2.

The learned AGP has taken instructions and he submits that the tribe claim of the Petitioner can be decided within four weeks from today.

In view of the above, the Writ Petition is disposed by directing the Respondent No.2/ Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of the Petitioner within four weeks from today.
