The parties have arrived at amicable settlement. The compromise pursis, to that efect, is tendered. The same is taken on record and marked "X" for identifcation. It appears that the Hon'ble Supreme Court has remanded 51 matters to this Court and thereafter, out of those 51 matters, parties have arrived at amicable settlement in 45 matters. This appeal was pending for bringing on record legal

{2} fa42917.odt representatives of deceased appellant and after the legal representatives are brought on record, the parties, including the Executive Engineer, Jalna Irrigation Division, Jalna, (acquiring body), have arrived at amicable settlement. As per the contents of the compromise pursis, the acquiring body has agreed to pay specifed compensation to each and every appellant. In view of the same, First Appeal is hereby disposed of in view of the compromise pursis, marked "X" for identifcation. No costs.
