It had transpired on 09.12.2016 that if Respondent Nos.2, 5 and 6 pay a lump-sum amount of Rs.1,25,000/- towards unpaid wages, the Petitioner would seek disposal of this Contempt Petition. The learned Advocate for Respondent Nos.2, 5 and 6 has tendered the cheque dated 09.12.2016 in the name of the Petitioner for an amount of Rs.1,25,000/- (Rupees One Lac Twenty Five Thousand). The photocopy of the cheque is taken on record and the cheque is handed over to the learned Advocate for the Petitioner.
