The applicant apprehends arrest in connection with Crime No. 244/2020 registered with Murum Police Station, Dist. Osmanabad for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 326, 327, 143, 147, 148, 149, 323, 504, 506 of IPC.

Learned counsel for the applicant states that co-accused against whom similar allegations are made are enlarged on anticipatory bail by this Court in Anticipatory Bail Application No. 1251 of 2022. Learned counsel for the applicant further states that there is no difference in the allegation made against the present applicant as compared to co-accused.

Perusal of the record indicates that there are no specific overt 944.aba1006.23.odt

act alleged against the present applicant. In view of grant of anticipatory bail to the co-accused, parity cannot be denied to the present applicant. Hence application is allowed in terms of interim order dated 28th June, 2023.
