The application is filed by the wife for relief of transfer of H.M.P. No.57 of 2015 which is presently pending in the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Vaijapur, District Aurangabad and which is filed by the husband for relief of divorce. The application is filed on the ground that two proceedings are filed by the wife and they are pending in the Family Court at Aurangabad. It is her case that she is living at Aurangabad. She has no source of income and it is difficult for her to go to Vaijapur to contest the matter. 2.

Notice of this proceeding was duly served on the Respondent, husband. He has not turned up. In view of

-:(2):- contents in the application and the submissions made, the application is allowed. H.M.P. No.57 of 2015 is withdrawn from the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Vaijapur and it is transferred to the Family Court at Aurangabad where the proceedings filed by the wife are pending. Both the matters are to be dealt with together. They are to be kept on the same day for convenience of both the sides. Before starting the hearing of the divorce petition, notice is to be given to the husband by the Family Court as the husband has not turned up in this proceeding, before this Court. [T. V.
