The learned counsel submits that the proposal was submitted for verification of the tribe claim to the Committee in December 2020 and receipt is issued in March 2021.

The learned counsel further submits that, petitioner is appearing for NEET examination and is exploring possibility of admission in professional course. The Committee be directed to decide the validation proceeding within period of four weeks. 3.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondents.

The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 17.08.2021.

Considering that the petitioner is exploring possibility of admission in professional course, the Committee if it is possible, may endeavour to decide the validation proceeding by the end of September 2021.
