Mr. Dighe, the learned advocate for petitioners submits that, the proposal is submitted and same is pending with the Government for grant in aid to the petitioner No. 2 school for 5th to 7th standards since January 2014. The same is not yet decided. 2.

We have also heard the learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondents/State.

In case the proposal of petitioners for grant in aid for 5th to 7th standards is pending with the respondent No. 1, then the

2 wp 9363.17 respondent No. 1 shall take decision upon it on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within a period of four (04) months from today and decision if any taken be communicated to the petitioners. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
