The learned counsel for petitioners submits that, petitioners are entitled for the regularization of the encroachment over the gayran land. The petitioners have filed applications to the Collector under the provisions as per Section 50 and 53 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code. The same is not being decided.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for all respondents.

In case, applications are filed by petitioners for regularization of the encroachment (Page Nos.46 and 56), then respondent no.2 may decide the same on its own merits, in accordance
