Mr. Advant, learned counsel for applicant-petitioner submits that during pendency of the present petition, subsequent show cause notices are issued to the petitioner.

In the light of that, we have heard learned Additional Government Pleader.

Considering the fact that subsequent show cause notices are issued during the pendancy of the petition and for the reasons stated in the Civil Application for amendment, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B".

The amendment shall be carried out within a period of (14) days. 5.

The Civil Application is disposed of.
