The applicant accused against whom 41 cases are registered for various offences is seeking bail in crime No. 377 of 2022 registered with Police Station, Osmanabad City for the offences punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

It has been alleged against the applicant that he assaulted the deceased with a stone and killed him. One eyewitness Nayyum Shammu Shaikh immediately informed the first informant about the incident. When the first informant reached on the spot of the incident, the deceased made oral dying declaration alleging against the

The offence is serious. In view of the material against the applicant and gravity of the offence application stands dismissed.
