The petitioner seeks grant of pension and other retiral benefits. 3.

The learned counsel for the respondents submits that the respondent No. 3 has directed the Medical Officer, Primary Health Centre, Nimgaon to forward the original service book complete in all respects as detailed in the letter dated 20.02.2020 for the purpose of pension.

Considering the above, the Medical Officer, Primary Health Centre, Nimgaon shall act as per the letter dated 20.02.2020 and forward all the necessary papers including service book complete in all respects within a period of six (06) weeks. The further process shall be concluded expeditiously for the grant of pensionary and retiral benefits to the petitioner.
