Present application has been filed for bringing the legal heirs of appellant No.4 on record. Though according to the applicants, there is delay of ten days, it can be seen that the applicants-appellants would get benefit of extension of period of limitation by the Hon'ble Apex Court, since the appellant No.4 expired on 23.4.2021. As right to sue survives and the Second Appeal is admitted, the legal representatives of appellant No.4 are necessary parties. Necessary amendment be carried out within a week.
