This petition can be disposed of by issuing directions to respondent No. 2 - Scrutiny Committee to take a decision in respect of Tribe Certificate Validation Proposal of the petitioner pending with the Committee, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from today and it is accordingly directed. 2.

In the meanwhile, the respondents shall not take any coercive action against the petitioner on the ground of failure of the petitioner to tender the validation certificate, and depending upon
