Heard learned counsel for applicant and respondent. 2.

Perused the orders dated 05/02/2010, 29/02/2012, 12/12/2014 and 24/03/2017 passed in the matter entertaining the application seeking withdrawal of the amount deposited in terms of order dated 23/11/2008. In view of similar request entertained and applicant was permitted to withdraw amount, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B' subject to furnishing solvent surety to the extent of Rs. 50,000/- [Rupees Fifty Thousand].
