Mr. Choudhari, learned counsel submits that inspite of the orders of this Court no steps are taken for deciding the proposal of the petitioners. Even according to the petitioners the directions are already given by this Court to decide the proposal. Again passing the same order would serve no purpose. The petitioners have other remedy and avenue open to seek enforcement of the order passed by this Court. The petitioners may avail the same. 2.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
