The petitioners pray for leave to add respondent Nos.5 to 8 as petitioner Nos.5 to 8 in the petition. Further prayer is to the extent of seeking amendment to the writ petition in the light of the draft amendment, which is annexed to the Civil Application.

All respondents are served. The learned AGP appears for respondent Nos.1 and 2. No appearance has been entered on behalf of respondent Nos.3 and 4.

The learned AGP submits that an appropriate order

*2* 930ca6800o22 be passed. Insofar as addition of the petitioners is concerned, the respondents would deal with their claim while filing an additional affidavit in reply post amendment. 4.

In view of the above, this Civil Application is allowed. Addition is permitted. Amendment as per the draft amendment placed on record, shall be carried out within three weeks. Amended copy of the petition (freshly typed) shall be placed on record within three weeks.
