This Applicant apprehends arrest on the basis of non bailable warrant issued by the Sessions Court in Sessions Case No. 19/2022.

Perusal of the order dated 09th May, 2023 shows that the NBW issued against Applicant is called back. Hence, no apprehension survives for the Applicant of any arrest. Hence, application stands disposed of as infructuous.

In the event any adverse order is passed against Applicant on his regular bail application, the said order shall not be implemented for two weeks
