The relief is claimed for giving directions to respondent Nos. 1 to 3 to take decision on the proposal made in respect of petitioner by the employer of the petitioner. As the proposal was apparently filed in the year 2014, this Court is hereby directing the respondents to decide the said proposal within eight weeks from the date of this order.
