These Applications are for condonation of delay of 640 days in filing the appeals. Delay is sought to be condoned on the ground of official procedure for obtaining necessary sanction, approval and arrangements of funds for filing appeals. Learned counsel for original claimant opposes the application.

However, considering the position of applicant as subordinate Government officer, who is required to obtain necessary sanction for filing appeal and grant

Therefore, for the reasons stated in the applications, delay in filing appeals is condoned. Civil Applications are disposed of.
