Mr. Jadhavar, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order is passed imposing the fine upon the petitioner. The same is illegal.

The petitioner was holding valid registration certificate. The petitioner has filed representation before the authorities, but no decision has been taken.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondents and submits that the petitioner has remedy of Appeal.

The petitioner may file Appeal against the order, if the petitioner is aggrieved, before the Appellate Authority under the provisions of the

(2) 26-wp-7888-2019 Maharashtra Land Revenue Code. Naturally, if the Appeal is filed by the petitioner, the Authority will decide it on its own merits and in accordance with law and policy.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
