I have heard the learned Advocate for the petitioner and have perused the grounds formulated in the memo of the petition. I have considered his allegations as regards a bogus Sarpanch, bogus card holders and bogus complaints.

The impugned Order passed by the District Supply Officer, Latur dated 12.6.2019 is only as regards the suspension of the fair price shop license of the petitioner. An enquiry would follow and an Order of either cancellation of license or revocation or suspension of the license, could be passed by the said authority.

Being aggrieved by the Order of the District Supply Officer, an appeal is maintainable before the Deputy Commissioner Supplies at Aurangabad and if the petitioner is aggrieved by the Order of the said authority, a revision is to be preferred before the Honourable Minister.
