1] This Court, by order dated 26.09.2025, directed the Registrar [Judicial] to verify the terms of compromise and submit report to this Court. The Registrar [Judicial] has verified the terms of compromise and stated that the parties have signed the terms of compromise and on enquiry the parties have submitted that no force or fraud is played upon them.

2] Considering the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of compromise.
